Sabine Schiavone

Branded Environments, Spatial Design, Object, Collage, Image, Installation, Branding, Research, Experience, Observation,

Sabine Schiavone is a designer based in Naarm/Melbourne, Australia. She specialises in transforming ideas, research, observations, and brands into spaces, images, objects, installations, collages, videos and experiences that explore our curiosity about how we live, connect, and interact. Sabine appreciates examining spaces—considering their limitations, boundaries, history, structure, movement, texture, light, shadow and sound. She enjoys exploring work that focuses on the interrelationship between all beings, illustrating how everything continually interacts and leaves marks from those interactions.

Having studied a Bachelor of Design and a Bachelor of Media and Communications at Swinburne University, specialising in Branded Environments and Advertising, Sabine has also completed a range of short courses in Project Management, Upholstery, Australian Bush Flower Essences, Reiki, Spatial Design, Italian, Sound Healing and Furniture Making. This diverse background in adaptation contributes to her exploration and ideation.

Drawing inspiration from the idea that as humans and designers, we continuously evolve through growth—learning and creating through experimentation, trial, and error—Sabine embraces the uncertainty that comes with this process. She is excited to collaborate with others to create and make.

I respectfully acknowledge the traditional custodians of the Land
- the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung People of the Kulin Nation, on whose
Land I live, and work — paying respect to their spirits, ancestors,
elders and community members past and present.
